Q: My print is in bad shape and loses more of its image when copied. Can I send you the original instead?

A: Yes you may, but you must ship your print in a protective photo-shipping envelope and insure the print if necessary. Sweet-Photography will not be liable for prints lost in the mail, or that arrive even more damaged that when originally shipped. All prints
shipped to our customers will be in a protective photo-shipping envelope.

Q: The original picture is stuck to the glass of the frame it’s in. How do I separate it so I can ship it to you?

A: We recommend you do not attempt to separate the print from the glass. Check with your local picture framer for advice.

Q: How do I determine what size DPI (Dots Per Inch) my print is in so that I can send it electronically?

A: With your picture open in a picture viewer, go to file, properties, and look on the General tab. The print size should be approximately 31.7kb (32,529 bytes) for a 5x7 picture. If it is not, try to send it anyway; we will resize it for web use in your project. If the print will not send, and you have a CDR writer on your computer, copy the print to a CDR (not a CDRW) and mail to Sweet-Photography, 2014 Logan Drive, Round Rock, Texas, 78664. Use a CD mailer to insure the disc will arrive safely.

Q: How can I see samples of your calendars?

A: Currently Sweet-Photography is working on updating our web Page to Include samples, but since our library is so large it cannot be displayed at this time. Use the Contact Us button and give us an Idea of what you are looking for as well as what type of Photograph you will be inserting, and we will send you via email, samples we believe fits your needs.

If you have a specific question or concern you would like to ask us, please click the Contact Us button, and we will respond to your question within twenty-four hours.
