Sweet-Photography is a mobile studio that offers substantial savings and convenience to our customers. In order to keep prices reasonable and to prevent misunderstandings, the following lists our terms you agree to accept if you choose to use our services.
- A deposit is required to reserve your shoot date. Your Shoot date is not reserved until we receive your deposit either by Master Card, Visa or check.
- If your credit card is rejected for any reason, you agree to pay our bank charges incurred in addition to a small handling fee. If your check is returned to us for any reason, you agree to pay our bank charges plus a small handling fee.
- You agree to notify us no less than one month of your desire to cancel your Shoot for a complete 100% refund. Orders requested within thirty days of the scheduled
Shoot date will not be refunded. Sweet-Photography will re- schedule your sitting up to six months after the original scheduled shoot date. Failure to reschedule will cause you to lose your deposit.
- You may choose to wear more than one outfit, but you will only be photographed at one location. Multiple location Shoots are available and must be requested at time of your order.
- We are a Christian Based organization; any outfits that contain logos or pictures of an inappropriate nature, or that malign any sector, race, or religion, will not be photographed. We do not do nude photography.
- The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of the photograph the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs. This includes the right to control the making of copies.
It is illegal to copy of reproduce these photographs elsewhere without our permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to civil and criminal penalties.We will try to accommodate all reasonable requests. Please contact us so that we may have the opportunity to serve you better.
Sweet-Photography strives to make each photo-shoot experience a pleasant and beneficial one for all involved. Our goal is 100% satisfaction and we guarantee it!
Sweet-Photography Guarantees, that if you are not happy with your prints, we will promptly refund your money @ 100% if through our negligence (i.e.; poor exposure, scratched film, blinking subject, bad film). We will refund 100% less costs, if the unhappiness appears to be frivolous to the common eye (i.e.; don’t like my hairdo, the outfit doesn’t work, don’t like my smile, I look fat).
